Who doesn’t love a good burger? Angus is coming to Princeton in the form of a burger at Restauraneur Bobby Flay’s burger chain, “Bobby’s Burger Palace” (BBP). BBP will be located in a 3,500 square foot space at the Market Fair in Princeton and will be one of already existing versions of this casual burger joint.
The restaurant menu will contain classic and new twists on Burgers and Fries and offer thick Milk Shakes to please your sweet tooth. There are usually 10 burgers on the menu with a special “Burger of the Month” to keep you interested. All burgers can be made with either Angus Beef, Turkey or Grilled Chicken and can be “crunchified” which means adding a handful of potato chips between the burger and the bun.
For those looking to make it leaner, you can order a burger “Topless”. No, this doesn’t mean you have to take your shirt off. (I’m pretty sure Market Fair is as Family-Friendly as you get). Topless Burger means it will sit on a bed of greens with Balsamic Dressing. For all the veg-heads out there, according to this blog, Bobby is developing a Veggie Burger but who knows if it will be on the menu in Princeton. You can, however, opt for Grilled Cheese or a Salad. If the BBP Chopped Salad is anything like the “AC Chop Salad” at Bobby Flay Steak at the Borgata in AC then I’m already drooling with anticipation.
This casual ambiance will be a welcomed addition to the existing places to eat in Princeton, NJ. It should be interesting to see how this impacts CheeBurger down the road and whether this makes Big Fish step up their game.
