Trunk shows are an amazing way to meet designers behind fabulous things you adore. We love that Jane inspires us all to “Reuse, Rethink and Revitalize” and they are bringing us two amazing trunk shows this fall that share the same mentality and bring us fabulous art and jewelry.
Colleen Attara is an artist who salvages used items like business signs, frames and returned paint to bring us bold “joyful” and colorful 3-D art. She’ll be at Jane tomorrow, for a trunk show. Be sure to check this out and pick up some unique, bright and earth-conscious pieces for your abode.
Thursday October 13 @2pm-8pm & Saturday 10/15 @ 1pm-5pm
Charm bracelets bring me back to my grade school days when swapping roller skate charms for vinyl record charms on my plastic link necklace made me feel more than cool. My taste and budget has both improved so I don’t think I can pass up on Jane’s trunk show next week. M&B Vintage (AKA “the Jersey Girls”) is co-owned by two style experts who are also authors and bring us repurposed treasures that tell a story.
Marie Moss and Barri Leiner Grant will be at Jane with their world famous Charm Bar and they will be doing a book signing promoting their most recent book, Jersey Girls:The Fierce and The Fabulous. What a great way to customize your own charm bracelet with vintage pieces or some of their lovely hand cut and hand engraved accessories. With the holiday season approaching, this might be a great time to buy something unique for the gal you love.
