Hooray for Independence! This weekend is our country’s time to commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. A great way to spend some time with friends and family this weekend is at one of our many local fireworks shows. We are lucky enough to have many options this weekend so take your pick.

Thursday June 30th
Montgomery 6pm -9:30pm
Montgomery High School Fields
Fireworks go off at dusk. Bringing your own chairs, picnic and blankets are encouraged. Please leave pets and alcohol at home. Neither are allowed.

Friday July 1st
Princeton 7pm-9 pm
Princeton University Sports Field
Fireworks go off at dusk, shortly after 9pm. Fields are located next to the University Stadium. Bring your picnic. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

Sunday July 3rd
Flemington, NJ
Sunday July 3, 2011
Reading-Fleming Intermediate School Allen Street will be the location for their annual fireworks show.

Monday July 4th (No fireworks but fun nonetheless)
Princeton Noon -3pm
The Morven Museum hosts its annual jubilee. This is a free event that will included story-telling, crafts, music and poetry.
